Refund Policy

Cancellation of Subscription

Customers are eligible for a refund upon cancellation of their subscription. The refund will cover only the remaining unused days of the subscription and not a full refund. To cancel your subscription, you may submit a request via email cs@healthylicious-me.com, phone (+971 52 680 1385), or directly through the Client Portal. Cancellation requests must be received at least three (3) business days prior to the intended stop date. Once we receive your request, meal deliveries will be stopped accordingly, and the refundable amount will be processed back to the same payment method within 14 working days. All bank or processing charges shall be borne by the customer

  1. Cooler Bag Deduction
  2. All meals are delivered in insulated cooler bags. Customers are required to return previously delivered bags on the next scheduled delivery. In case of lost or unreturned bags, a deduction equivalent to the replacement cost of each cooler bag will be applied to the refund amount.
